Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor

Small heated pool was enjoyed by our toddler. Very nice staff but the 'free' breakfast is a choice of bananas, oranges and coffee; beyond that there are some other snacks including muffins available for purchase. Be warned, there are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is exactly one in the lobby.

Our stay was wonderful. We went about a month ago. The room was clean and spacious, the gym was nice, and the staff were very friendly. We were greeted at check-in and immediately offered complimentary hot beverages, which was nice. The parking lot across the street really isn’t a big deal. It’s close and an easy walk. We’ve stayed at hotels where on-site parking required a longer walk than this. Even in the cold, it wasn’t bad at all. My wife especially appreciated the extra touch Nicole added to the yogurts. She wrote affirmations on them, which was such a thoughtful and uplifting detail. Little things like that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, a great experience. I wish I could give half stars, because a 4.5 feels more accurate. Four stars feels too low, so I went with five. There were a couple things that were kind of annoying/confusing, but ultimately, not a big deal. Great proximity to downtown for the price, and very clean and modern. A pleasant surprise! PROS: plenty of on-site after-hours/late night food and drinks, which was a surprise, nice public spaces, clean, quality Drybar products in the bathrooms CONS: kind of loud, family friendly meant more kid noise, parking was across the street and hard to notice at first While we were there, something happened that made the fire alarm go off, and we all had to go outside. Assuming that's a fluke, but it was annoying. Staff were really helpful and kind!

I’ve stayed at the this Aloft Hotel numerous times, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The hospitality here truly goes above and beyond — it’s everything you’d expect from a Marriott property and more. The staff consistently delivers outstanding service, and both the morning and evening crews deserve special recognition for their friendliness and professionalism. A huge shoutout to Brittany, who was absolutely exceptional! She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and memorable, and her positive attitude sets the tone for the entire team

Everything was perfect, except the smell, chill out with the amount of wherever u guys use. Was nauseas all the time, not everyone want to smell that all day, even if is nice is to strong. Bfast looks like been there for days. And the shuttle from the airport, I travel a lot I never been treated so poorly .

Really cool concept. We had our small Morkie dog with us so needed a pet friendly hotel. Very casual vibe. Staff was all very friendly. Attentive to all our requests such as extra pillows. Property, Hotel and Room was very clean and fu of nice amenities. We spun the prize wheel when we checked in and received two free drinks at the bar. Outside property was great for walking the dog. They even had a potty bag station. Lots of free parking. Really had a great time and the staff were all very friendly! Awesome place to stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially Brittany at the front desk. She was absolutely top notch and hands down the best receptionist I have ever encountered. After a long, exhausting day dealing with a canceled flight, stress, and uncertainty, she was truly the light when my whole day felt dark. Brittany’s kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a powerful difference and completely changed my experience. She went above and beyond in every way, and I will always remember how she turned such a difficult moment into something manageable and comforting. I also want to give a big thank you to the shuttle bus driver and the shuttle service, which were excellent and made everything even smoother during a stressful time. Thank you, Brittany, and thank you to the entire team for outstanding service.

I booked this hotel because my medical facility that I came for recommended them. I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! We had to extend our trip but the transition to extend our trip was super easy thanks to the manager of the hotel! The hotel is clean, everyone is so helpful and the hotel ground is well kept! If we have to come back we would definitely come back to this hotel again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
